Our Philosophy

Dogs were put on this earth by God as the perfect companion for this race we call Human. For all of you who have experienced the love and maybe even the loss of such a dear friend, you know of the unconditional bond that we speak of.

Our dogs are true members of our family and this is how we carry on in our daily life and in our business. Prospective puppy owners will get to know us as we get to know them. As a new puppy ‘parent’ you become a part of our extended family. In this we mean you have the knowledge that we are here for you to help with any questions or concerns about your new Akita. A Technical Support for you puppy! We welcome emails and phone calls letting us know how you and your new puppy are doing.

Our pets live with us as companions and have no hidden agendas or any other of the seven deadly sins. There is nothing on this earth that can compare to the love of a dog and all that comes with this gift that has been given to us. They want only to love us as we are and be loved in return. A perfect relationship.

You will find many Akita websites and breeders out there that are very stand-offish and proprietary about the breed. We do not understand this behavior and belief that only a chosen few can bless others with a puppy after an extensive application and approval process. In our original search for our first Akita many years ago we ran into much difficulty trying to add to our family. We vowed, if we ever decided to breed, we would make dramatic changes to this process. If you have done your research, read the appropriate literature, and have a big enough heart and much love to give, you then have passed all our tests needed to be an Akita owner/companion/family member.
